OK so most of you know that Zach, Brittany, and I are doing this "ALL SHAKE" diet that good ole Casey has put us on! It has proven good results with Ben, and so a week ago we thought "drink your meals for 28 days straight...sure, no problem!!"
HA HA HA HA HA!!
It's the hardest thing in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!! Zach is blogging about it (with AWFUL pictures) at www.weareshakingit.blogspot.com so you can check out the whole story! You can't really tell a lot by the pictures but hopefully at the end of 4 weeks there will be a huge difference!
But as far as my results go...this past week I lost 12.8 lbs and 4 inches overall!! Definitely motivation to keep going for another week.
We do get to have one meal a week (check out Robin's blog for this past week's meal)...so my next meal will be Thursday night!!
Good luck to all of you "Summer" dieters! Just remember to take it one step at a time and just think when June 1 rolls around how amazing you will look at feel!!!
