OK so most of you know that Zach, Brittany, and I are doing this "ALL SHAKE" diet that good ole Casey has put us on! It has proven good results with Ben, and so a week ago we thought "drink your meals for 28 days straight...sure, no problem!!"
HA HA HA HA HA!!
It's the hardest thing in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!! Zach is blogging about it (with AWFUL pictures) at www.weareshakingit.blogspot.com so you can check out the whole story! You can't really tell a lot by the pictures but hopefully at the end of 4 weeks there will be a huge difference!
But as far as my results go...this past week I lost 12.8 lbs and 4 inches overall!! Definitely motivation to keep going for another week.
We do get to have one meal a week (check out Robin's blog for this past week's meal)...so my next meal will be Thursday night!!
Good luck to all of you "Summer" dieters! Just remember to take it one step at a time and just think when June 1 rolls around how amazing you will look at feel!!!

Hey girl! That diet is super hard, Matt did it last year and I was so proud of how much self control he had. You guys look like you are doing very well!! Good Luck, I know there were a lot of days when Matt was pretty grumpy from not eating, but it really paid off in the end! I cant wait to see the results :)
Only 3 more months until our wedding! Let us know if you need to get together with us anytime before then.

WOW... 12 lbs is amazing!! I can see the weight loss already! Congrats to you! Are you making the shakes before you leave home? I've heard about that diet and the Lemonade diet, but I just don't know if I could do it! I can't wait to see your results...
