Since Zach and JP's graduation is a few days before my birthday, we've decided to have a party weekend!! Friday 9/18 they graduate in McKinney at some fancy country club :), Saturday 9/19 is my 25th birthday party (!!!!!), and Sunday 9/20 is their graduation party...so since I slacked off for the entire month of July on my diet and exercise, I've decided to make it my goal to stay on my diet with NO CHEATS and continue to workout at least 4 days a week until our party weekend. So I have 31 days (really a total of 32, since I started yesterday) and I am so going to do it! I'm a good little Methodist girl at heart and am used to giving something up for 40 days, so this is going to be a piece of cake (although I technically can't eat that piece of cake until the 18th)!
So to keep me accountable...yesterday I forgot to eat breakfast (I know, I know...the one meal you really shouldn't skip...) but I had a chicken salad for lunch and carb-less fajitas last night. Throughout the day I drank about 3 HUGE glasses of tea or water and went running with my Nazi brother! (He's not really a Nazi...but he definitely kicks my butt.) So you just watch out...I'm gonna be looking hot soon!
